We have extensive experience working Property Managers and HOA Boards to work within Quarterly and Annual Buget Planning cycle constraints. We work closely with them to insure that all contracted/scheduled work is done at the best time of year and at a price that meets or exceeds their cost control guidelines.WWW

Several of our condominium clients are located adjacent to NGPAs (Native Growth Protection Area), one of them bordered by two Protected Wild Salmon Streams. We have worked closely with City, County and State Agencies (such as the Department of fish and Wildlife) to insure that our practices meet or exceed estalished regulation and guidelines.
LLI is a family-owned company with family roots in the Seattle are going back more than 75 years. This is an advantage to our customers because we do our work the way it should be done in this climate. And we do the work as if it was our own property.
