Pressure Washing connotes different images to different clients. It may mean a tiny plug-in electrical unit or a truck-mounted diesel-powered steam rig.
At Landscape Logic, we take Pressure Washing very seriously, and believe in doing a great job of cleaning without making a terrible mess as we clean.
Our machines are capable of generating 4,000 pounds per square inch - enough to tear a nasty gash in cedar decking, blow flower pots off of balconies and deform vinyl siding.

For these and other good reasons we adjust the pressure according to the surface we are cleaning, and use concentric, overlapping strokes to insure a uniform appearance to the cleaned surfaces.
We watch for wood trim, painted surfaces, open windows or sliders, grass and soil in planting areas so that no harm is done to structures or the landscape.
Any blow back of debris against foundations, porches, walkways or driveways is carefully flushed away.
We also do a final low pressure top to bottom rinse to insure all minute debris (such as moss spores) are washed away, leaving a truly clean surface that dries bright and free of grime.
Where possible we use a 65-foot diesel-hydraulic man lift to "get up close and personal" when we clean vinyl siding, such as that in the photo (right). This condominium had not been pressure washed in more than ten years. The homeowners had no idea how dark and grimy and mildew-covered the vinyl had become until we finished the project. One homeowner commented that, "it may not be new, but it sure looks like new).
